Privacy
GroupWatch (becoming clubd at clubd.watch) is a small group media-tracker. This page says exactly what it stores, which is not much.
What we store
- Your email address, if you sign in — it is your account identifier and how sign-in links reach you. Nothing else about your identity is collected.
- Your progress: which list items you have ticked, when a tick happened, and whether it was live or catch-up. This is the product.
- Your groups: the groups you create or join, the display name you use in them, and any schedule the group sets.
- Preferences such as favourites and display settings, stored in your browser and, when signed in, alongside your account.
What we don't do
- No ads, no trackers, no analytics scripts, no selling or sharing of data with anyone.
- No profiling and no data use beyond showing you and your groups your own progress.
- Without an account, everything stays in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
Where it lives
Account data is stored with Supabase (our database and authentication provider). Sign-in emails are delivered via Resend. If you sign in with Google, Google tells us only your email address — we receive no other profile data and no access to your Google account.
Sharing within the product
Members of a group you join can see your display name and your progress on that group's list — that is what a group is. Nothing is public.
Deletion
Email nathan@clubd.watch from your account address and every record tied to your account is deleted. An in-app delete button is on the roadmap.
