Terms of service

GroupWatch (becoming clubd at clubd.watch) is a free, hobby-run group media-tracker. Using it means agreeing to the following, all of which is intended to be unsurprising.

The service

You get list-tracking, groups, and schedules, provided as-is, with no uptime promise and no warranty. We work hard not to lose your progress — including daily database backups — but a free hobby service cannot guarantee against loss, and you use it with that understanding.

Your account

One person per account; keep access to your sign-in email. You can stop using the service at any time, and deletion works as described in the privacy page.

Acceptable use

Don't attack the service, scrape other people's data, impersonate others, or use group names and display names to harass people. Accounts doing any of that can be removed without notice.

Your data

Your progress is yours. Nothing you enter is sold, shared, or used beyond running the service, per the privacy page.

Changes

These terms may change as the service grows (for example, at the move to clubd.watch); the date below always says when. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
